Recruitment Process

When you apply for a position at the Canadian Agency for Drugs and Technologies in Health (CADTH), you will receive confirmation that your application was received. Your qualifications will then be reviewed to ensure they meet the requirements for the position.

Selected candidates enter a recruitment process that allows us to get to know each other. Our process includes a variety of opportunities for you to tell us how you can help CADTH improve the health of Canadians today and tomorrow:

  • In-person panel interviews are conducted with the hiring manager, a member of the Human Resources team, and another manager or team member.
  • Candidates may be asked to complete job-related testing.
  • Second interviews may be conducted, as well as informal meetings with other team members.

Our selected candidate will receive a job offer. Other qualified candidates may be invited to consider related positions or be encouraged to apply for future job openings. We commit to notifying and providing feedback to our runner-up candidates.
