February 02, 2012 - February 02, 2012

Download this Event Information

Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA) is an essential tool for public and private sector decision-makers facing the challenge of allocating limited resources to different — and often competing — programs and services.

Specifically designed to give decision-makers a practical evidence-based approach to setting priorities and choosing between alternatives, this one-day workshop provides:
• An overview of MCDA and program budgeting and marginal analysis (PBMA)
• Guidance on using The MCDA process in your decision-making context
• Case studies demonstrating practical applications of MCDA and PBMA
• Hands-on simulations of the use of MCDA in a real — world health care decision process
