CCOHTA is Moving!
OTTAWA - The Canadian Coordinating Office for Health Technology Assessment (CCOHTA) is moving to larger offices to accommodate recent growth.
Effective March 24, 2003, CCOHTA's new address will be:
CCOHTA
865 Carling Avenue, Suite 600
Ottawa, ON
K1S 5S8
"CCOHTA has entered a period of significant growth because of our new responsibilities for the Common Drug Review and a substantial increase in federal funding for health technology assessment," said CCOHTA President Jill M. Sanders. "There was simply no room to expand in our current space. We're very please to have found the additional space we need in a quality location not far from our current offices."
CCOHTA's phone number and extensions, fax number, email addresses and web address will not change.
CCOHTA's offices will be closed and all communications systems will be down on March 21, 2003 for the move. CCOHTA will be up and running in its new space on March 24, 2003.
CCOHTA is a private not-for-profit health research organization funded by the federal, provincial and territorial governments. CCOHTA was established in 1989 to provide unbiased, reliable information about health technology to the federal, provincial and territorial governments. CCOHTA also manages a common review process for new drugs submitted to participating federal, provincial and territorial drug benefit programs for funding consideration.
