CADTH seeks consultant or consulting firm to evaluate programs

The Canadian Agency for Drugs and Technologies in Health (CADTH) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFPs) for a project entitled, “Evaluation: Health Technology Assessment and Liaison Programs.”
CADTH is seeking a qualified consultant (or consulting firm) familiar with:
- health technology assessment programs that deal with drugs, medical devices, and medical systems, and
- networking and educational programs
to conduct a performance evaluation of the CADTH Health Technology Assessment (HTA) and Liaison programs. The goal is to determine whether the objectives of the HTA and Liaison programs are being met. The evaluation will also identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for more efficient, cost-effective methods of delivering the HTA and Liaison programs in accordance with their objectives.
Please note that consultants interested in submitting a proposal are to advise contracts@cadth.ca to receive updates (Q&A) regarding this RFP. Questions about this RFP, along with CADTH responses to those questions, will be forwarded to all bidders.
RFP Submission Deadline: 4:00 p.m. EST, Friday, September 15, 2006
Only proposals received by the deadline will be considered.
Project completion deadline: December 15, 2006.
