CADTH Independent Evaluations

CADTH Program Evaluation Request for Proposal Released - July 2011

CADTH is undertaking an evaluation of its programs and services in three stages. Phase I of the evaluation will entail conducting four case studies, one for each of four specific product lines.  The findings of Phase I will be one source of information used to inform an Evaluability Assessment that will be conducted to inform the scope and focus of Phase II of the evaluation.  Broadly, Phase II of the evaluation will encompass an assessment of each of CADTH’s major business lines; an assessment of the performance-to-date of a special initiative; and, an overall assessment of the performance of the organization as a whole.  Prospective bidders are invited to respond to the Request for Proposal

EKOS Independent Evaluation - July 2007

An independent evaluation of CADTH conducted by EKOS Research Associates Inc. in 2007 concluded that the Canadian Agency for Drugs and Technologies in Health (CADTH) was meeting its strategic objectives, as well as the expectations and needs of its federal, provincial, and territorial stakeholders. The EKOS evaluation underlined the fact that CADTH’s programs, products, and services are highly valued. The evaluation also underscored our role in policy decision-making.
