There were various consultation stages in the Canadian Optimal Medication Prescribing and Utilization Service (COMPUS) process and therapeutic review process that the Canadian Agency for Drugs and Technologies in Health (CADTH) followed in developing evidence-based optimal use recommendations for second- and third-line diabetes therapy. Interested stakeholders were invited to provide input during each stage of development.
