We had allotted 45 minutes for session but due to circumstances beyond our control the visit was shorter.
Did an interview with CBC at same time.
There was a lot of information available - could have used a half hour visit.
Most stimulating and worthwhile endeavour.
This was an impressive presentation but so much information to share in such a short time. I think it would deserving of a small group presentation for future discussion.
Need more MAINPRO C programs.
This is an excellent program that should continue. It is invaluable in balancing claims of the drug industry. It would also be helpful to have presentations of new drugs, based on studies submitted to HPB to counter information from the drug industry.
15-20 minutes best.
This is good for an overall review of articles/assessments pulled together, however, CME with specialists to get their opinions on difficult cases or situations is in more depth I think -interpretation of literature etc.
The detailer was very informed about the subject matter - it would be great to have more time to cover the material. Handout was excellent.

The fact that OA apparently affects 10-12% of the population and prevalence rapidly rises after age 50, almost all persons over 65 show evidence of OA (radiological) and about 1/3 have symptoms, make it a major health hazard.

Compared to previous information I am new quite confused as to the role of Cox-2's and traditional NSAIDS.

ADS is much more unbiased versus pharmaceutical company sponsored CME
MSI/DOH should pay us to learn this stuff - the only feedback we get is computer generated utilization data in veiled threat format - very stressful.
