Board of Directors
The Canadian Agency for Drugs and Technologies in Health is accountable for the delivery of its programs to its members, the federal, provincial, and territorial Deputy Ministers of Health, through a Board of Directors.
The CADTH Board comprises 13 Directors appointed by the Deputy
Ministers of Health of the federal government, nine provinces, and
three territories. The Board provides governance of the Canadian Agency
for Drugs and Technologies in Health, and establishes its strategic
direction, policies and priorities.
The Board’s Executive Committee is elected by the Board and consists of a Chair, Vice-Chair, and two Members-at-Large.
