COMPUS Proton Pump Inhibitors (PPIs) Project Consultation on Prescriber Self-Audit Tool

The Canadian Agency for Drugs and Technologies in Health (CADTH), through its COMPUS program, invites stakeholders to provide general feedback on our physician self-audit tool by August 1, 2007. Participation in these clinical self-audits gives prescribers the opportunity to optimize their PPI prescribing practices.

This tool is intended to help prescribers self-review their prescribing and use of PPIs for initial therapy, within their own clinical settings. The information collected enables the distributor of this tool - provincial jurisdictions or continuing education providers, for example - to share COMPUS evidence-based information on PPIs, as well as acquire feedback on individual prescriber practices.
