Devices and Systems Advisory Committee (DSAC)
The Devices and Systems Advisory Committee (DSAC) comprises representatives from the federal, provincial, and territorial health ministries. Established in 2000-2001, DSAC provides the Canadian Agency for Drugs and Technologies in Health Board of Directors and the Health Technology Assessment (HTA) program with advice about devices and systems issues. Committee members also recommend priorities for device and health system assessments.
