CADTH invites membership applications for the Health Technology Analysis Exchange (the Exchange)

The Health Technology Analysis Exchange (the Exchange) is a network of Health Technology Assessment producers established in accordance with Canada’s Health Technology Strategy (HTS 1.0). HTS 1.0 was approved by the federal, provincial and territorial (F/P/T) Conference of Deputy Ministers. The Canadian Agency for Drugs and Technologies in Health (CADTH) serves as the Secretariat for the Exchange.
As a forum for producers of health technology assessment and policy analysis information, the Exchange supports information sharing, the coordination and leveraging of resources for HTA work and continuous quality improvements in the production and use of evidence-based information. Details of the Exchange are provided in the Terms of Reference.
Membership in the Exchange is voluntary and is open to any organization that meets the following criteria:
- Conducts assessments of technology in health care
- Is a non-profit organization
- Is related to a F/P/T body (e.g. health ministry, regional health authority, hospital)
- Is funded by public sources
- Provides free access to its reports on request
Applications for Exchange membership are accepted on an ongoing basis. If you feel your organization meets the criteria listed above, CADTH encourages you to submit an application form.
