CADTH is a member of the Canadian Health Evaluation Forum (CHEF), a networkof publicly funded health research organizations that provide evidence-based information on health technologies or other health care interventions for use in administrative or clinical decision making.
The Institute of Health Economics (IHE) is an independent, not-for-profit organization whose mission is to deliver outstanding health economics, health outcomes and health policy research and related services. The structure and approach to research at the IHE is unique. The Institute operates on the belief that in order for research to be relevant, all the players must be at the table; therefore, members of the IHE include academia, government and industry.

McGill University - The Technology Assessment Unit of the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC)
The Health Technology Assessment Unit was established by the MUHC in June 2001. Its purpose is to advise the hospital in difficult resource allocation decisions, using an approach based on sound, scientific technology assessments and a transparent, fair decision-making process. Consistent with its role within a university health centre, it will publish its research when appropriate, and contribute to the training of personnel in the field of health technology assessment.

The Program for Assessment of Technology in Health (PATH)
PATH is a research program in economic evaluation and health technology assessment (HTA) that primarily supports government reimbursement decisions in the province of Ontario. PATH constitutes a new research program in economic evaluation and HTA associated with the Centre for Evaluation of Medicines (CEM) at St Joseph's Hospital and the Department of Clinical Epidemiology & Biostatistics (CE&B), Faculty of Health Sciences, McMaster University.

The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality's (AHRQ) mission is to improve the quality, safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of health care for all Americans. Information from AHRQ's research helps people make more informed decisions and improve the quality of health care services. AHRQ was formerly known as the Agency for Health Care Policy and Research.
Centre for Reviews and Dissemination (CRD), University of York - HTA Database
The Centre for Reviews and Dissemination (CRD) was established in January 1994, and aims to provide research-based information about the effectsof interventions used in health and social care.

CRD works closely with a number of other health, social research and information organisations as well as with international networks such as the Cochrane and Campbell Collaborations. It is a member of the International Network of Agencies for Health Technology Assessment (INAHTA) and the Guidelines International Network (G-I-N).

National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE)
The National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) was formed on 1 April 2005, when the National Institute for Clinical Excellence took on the functions of the Health Development Agency to create a single excellence-in-practice organisation responsible for providing national guidance on the promotion of good health and the prevention and treatment of ill health.
