Community Health Nurses of Canada Annual Conference

Community Health Nurses of Canada (CHNC) is pleased to host the 11th National CHNC Conference. This year’s theme is Blueprint for Action: Making Connections.

This conference brings together individuals who have an interest in community health nursing from practice, research, administration, policy, and education. Participants will explore issues of mutual concern as well as exchange knowledge, share evidence and ideas, and generate solutions. The goal of the conference is advancing community health nursing in Canada.
