CADTH classifies many of its reports according to subject matter. The controlled vocabulary used by CADTH to classify its reports is the U.S. National Library of Medicine’s Medical Subject Headings (MeSH).
MeSH is organized hierarchically. As such, when you search a term, the matching MeSH heading along with broader headings and more specific headings will be displayed. You can select the heading that most suits your search needs. Selecting a subject heading will find all CADTH documents that have been tagged with the indicated MeSH heading. Please note, although most major reports have been assigned subject headings, some CADTH documents have no assigned headings and are only searchable using standard keyword searching.
