Cancellation of the 2020 CADTH Symposium

A message from Dr. Brian O’Rourke, CADTH President and CEO,

After carefully considering the evolving situation with COVID-19, and keeping in mind the Public Health Agency of Canada’s advice on mass gatherings during the outbreak, we’ve made the difficult decision to cancel our in-person conference, the CADTH Symposium, scheduled to be held in Toronto from April 18 to 21, 2020.

We are disappointed; the CADTH Symposium is an important annual event for the HTA community and we all benefit by gathering once a year to learn, share, and network. As an alternative to our in-person event, we’re exploring opportunities to present some of the great sessions we had planned for the 2020 CADTH Symposium via live stream and webinar.

We will share more information as it becomes available so please remain subscribed to the CADTH Events email system and keep an eye on our CADTH Symposium website.

Sincerely,
Brian O’Rourke
