CADTH undertook an Environmental Scan to identify and summarize information regarding the use of minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS) procedures in Canada. The analysis identified implementation considerations associated with MIGS procedures available in Canada for the treatment of adults with glaucoma and also identified relevant factors that need to be considered in urban, rural, and remote settings across Canada with respect to the implementation of MIGS procedures.

The key objective of this Environmental Scan was to identify challenges and enablers that could affect the use of MIGS procedures in Canada for the treatment of adults with glaucoma.
