CADTH CEO Interviewed on CBC New Brunswick

OTTAWA, January 26, 2016 — Dr. Brian O’Rourke, President and Chief Executive Officer of CADTH, was interviewed by Catherine Harrop, a reporter with CBC New Brunswick, last Wednesday for a story that aired Friday, January 22, on CBC News: New Brunswick at 6:00 p.m.

The story was on a new pilot project at a Fredericton hospital that is bringing free in-hospital Wi-Fi to patients and families. Dr. O’Rourke spoke about the evidence of wireless technologies in health care settings, and specifically evidence in the CADTH report, Wireless Device Use and Patient Monitoring Equipment in Any Healthcare Delivery Setting: A Review of Safety and Guidelines.
