Registration for the 2017 CADTH Symposium is now open

To ensure a balanced mix of attendees, we use a two-step registration process.

Step 1: Request to Register — Click on the Request to Register link and complete the form

Step 2: Complete Your Registration — Our Event Managers will send you the full registration form as soon as possible. The full form includes the credit card payment section. Complete and submit the registration form. You will receive an email confirmation that your registration has been received.
