Reminder: May 11 Deadline for Nominations to the CADTH Board and Committees

Want to make a difference in health care?
Here’s your chance.

We’re seeking 21 new members to join our Board and our Expert and Advisory Committees (see table).

Details vary by position, but typically, members are required to attend between four and 10 meetings per year and the total time requirement is usually less than two days per month.

Applicable expenses, including travel, are reimbursed, and non-jurisdictional members receive a paid honorarium.

Don’t miss this exciting opportunity to make an important difference in Canada’s health care system. Nominations are due by 4:00 p.m. EDT, Thursday, May 11, 2017.

  • One member with health system expertise

Drug Policy Advisory Committee (DPAC)
  • One hospital representative
  • One health authority representative

CADTH Canadian Drug Expert Committee (CDEC)
  • Eight expert members
  • One public member

pCODR Expert Review Committee (pERC)
  • Two oncologists
  • One non-oncology physician
  • One pharmacist
  • One health economist
  • One patient member

At least one of these members should also have expertise in health ethics.

CADTH Health Technology Expert Review Panel (HTERP)
  • One health economist
  • One ethicist
