Rare Disease Day 2024 Summit

Date: Wednesday, February 28 to Thursday, February 29, 2024

The Canadian Organization for Rare Disorders will host the Rare Disease Day 2024 Summit to bring together patients and health system leaders to discuss on a range of topics.

• Heather Logan (Vice-President, Strategic Relationships and Initiatives) will discuss elements of the National Strategy for Drugs for Rare Diseases with representatives from Health Canada, the Canadian Institute for Health Information, and the Institute of Genetics at the Canadian Institutes of Health Research.
• Suzanne McGurn will receive the Rare Hero Award for Public Sector Leadership in recognition of her outstanding service to the rare disease community over many years.
