Louise Taylor Green

Louise is a government appointee on the Toronto Metropolitan University Board, a board advisor to Blu Ivy Group, a director of the Institute of Certified Management Consultants of Ontario (CMC), and a past chair of the Board of the Hamilton Health Sciences Volunteer Association. She is an agile, purpose-driven executive who has led complex operational and cultural transformations that produced durable results in heavily regulated industries.

She has occupied many C-suite roles, including CEO, Chief Human Resources Officer, Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, and Chief Strategy Officer. Louise is recognized as an emotionally intelligent and values-driven leader who ignites curiosity and commitment for a people-first agenda in her professional and volunteer endeavours. She has a legacy of cultivating trusting, ethical, high-performing teams.

With diverse industry experience, Louise has leveraged her skills in human resources, organizational design and development, change management, culture design, strategic planning, and coaching to unlock human potential and deliver exceptional performance.

She holds an MBA, is a certified management consultant (CMC), is a regulated human resources professional (CHRL, CHRE), and a professional certified coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation. Louise completed the Rotman Directors Education Program, earning her ICD.D, a designation that represents a lifelong commitment to excellence in the boardroom as a director.
