HTAi Annual Meeting Pre-Registration extended to May 25, 2018

Good news, the pre-registration deadline for the HTAi 2018 Annual Meeting has been extended to Friday, May 25!

CADTH is pleased to be co-hosting the HTAi 2018 Annual Meeting June 1 to 5, 2018, in Vancouver. You still have time to register and join us in Vancouver for what is sure to be an excellent Annual Meeting.

Dr. Tammy Clifford, CADTH Chief Scientist and Vice-President, Evidence Standards is Co-Chair of the International Scientific Programme Committee, along with Dr. Alric Rüther, IQWiG, Germany.

The programme promises to be dynamic and engaging and includes informative and interactive pre-conference workshops, thought provoking plenaries supporting the conference overarching theme of Strengthening the Evidence-to-Action Connection, panels and oral, vignette and poster presentations, all providing attendees with a global information and discussion platform. 

The conference will open with a provocative and inspiring keynote address from Dr. Hanna Kettler, a Senior Program Office on the Life Sciences Partnership team at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Interspersed will be three plenary sessions that will consider three topics: “Decision-Oriented Evidence: Uncertainties and Opportunities”; “Bridging the Knowledge-to-Action Gap: Effective Strategies for Implementing Evidence-Informed Health Policy and Practice” and “Connecting the Dots: Essential Elements of an Efficient HTA Ecosystem.”
